Power to Change

After leaving Power to Change to go freelance, I supported the communications and leadership teams with various internal communications challenges to ensure a smooth transition.

I trained the new People, Culture and Governance team in internal comms, mentored the comms team through change, and crafted the leadership team’s change communications to keep staff abreast of restructure progress and business plan development.

I also helped the trust capture its legacy in best practice guides, track record documents and programme summaries.

I worked with Charlotte in two capacities, as a colleague and as a consultant, and would thoroughly recommend her for both!

Charlotte is full of passion for her work and that comes through, particularly when thinking through what is needed and why. She would constructively challenge my thinking to reach the best outcome for which ever audience we were working with.

She has a depth of knowledge on techniques and processes but puts the people first in her work which is something I greatly appreciate. She’s also lots of fun to work with too which is a big plus in my opinion!
